(1) Security certification

(2) Walking function is available during aerial operations

Z16D self-propelled scissor lift has the function of automatic walking, which can walk quickly and slowly under different working conditions. Only one person is required to operate the machine continuously during aerial operations, such as lifting, moving forward, moving backward, and turning. This greatly improves work efficiency compared to traditional hydraulic platforms, reducing the number of operators and labor intensity.

(3) Security protection

The machine is equipped with a horizontal alarm. When the machine tilts beyond a safe angle, it automatically enters the protection system and only allows the machine to lowering the platform. Only when it reaches a safe state can it be used normally. And Z16D aerial work platform is equipped with an oil pipe explosion-proof system at each oil cylinder.

(4) Continuously variable transmission

Z16D only requires one person to operate, and all movements are controlled by the operating handle on the platform. The motor is continuously variable, effectively extending the service life of the battery and motor, and the motor only consumes energy during operation. The walking hydraulic system adopts a closed variable pump control system, which effectively improves system efficiency. Regardless of the position of the boom, the work platform can safely walk; The walking speed decreases as the lifting height increases.

(5) Control system

Adopt PLC and CAN bus control. Install an industrial controller on the chassis and platform separately to simplify the wiring and facilitate maintenance and repair. Adopt metal aviation plugs, with a protection level of IP65. And it adopts advanced CAN bus control, which has advantages of simple and reliable circuit, and easy maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Be equipped with platform control and ground control, and they are switched by reversing switch. When using the platform control, ground control will be locked.

There is a foot switch on the platform, and the machine can only be operated by pressing it.

Both the platform control and ground control are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which can quickly stop all actions by the operator in case of unexpected situations during operation, avoiding the platform from continuing to move.

(6) Disc brake system

Z16D lifting platform adopts a hydraulic disc braking system. When the machine is in a stopped state, the wheels are always in the braking state and can brake on a 6-degree slope.

(7) Extended platform

The platform can be moved out, expanding the scope of work and meeting the special needs of some users.

(8) Overload protection

The machine is equipped with overload protection. For personnel who are not familiar with this equipment, it has a mandatory protective effect.

(9) Self diagnostic function
